All multi-tasking apps in iPhone or iPod Touch can be accessed by double clicking on the home button.  A few apps like Talkonaut, Angry birds, Nimbuzz, have already implemented iOS 4.0 multi-tasking. You can scroll through the multitasking window to find all apps kept open and working in the background. Now press firmly on any required app, and click on red mark appearing at the top left side. This will clear the app from memory and stop it from multi-tasking.
